Findlay Engineering was established in 1987 beginning as a four man engineering business situated in Ballarat. Today, in its modern engineering workshop and design offices located in the Wendouree Industrial Park in Ballarat. Findlay Engineering continues to grow and is currently employing around 50 staff specializing in all aspects of design, fabrication, machining and installation.

The key to the continual growth and success of Findlay Engineering has been the strength in management processes, fairness and opportunity of employees and vision for the future.

Chris Findlay, the founder and Company Director, drives this continually growing firm. Working closely with his brother Duane in management, decision making and direction, they have been able to implement business strategies and processes which have enabled the firm to attract a team of specialists in all aspects of engineering services.
